Planner

We are looking for a Planner to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. The person will collaborate on urban and park planning projects, from concept to public approval. The candidate will possess a strong writing, design aesthetic and graphic skills. The person should be self-directed and desire an opportunity for growth within the organization.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in City or Urban Planning/Landscape Architecture/Architecture and professional work experience in the field, or a related field. Candidate must also possess: excellent design, visualization and graphic skills, knowledge of community, site design and planning, proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, and 3D program (Sketchup), ability to communicate clearly both in verbal and written form with staff, clients and other agencies, and experience with policy writing.

The components of the position include:

  • Site research and gathering of relevant regulatory documents
  • Create graphics and assemble presentations for clients and/or agencies
  • Prepare Master Plans, Community Design Guidelines and Park & Recreation Master Plans and other land planning documents
  • Collaborate with project team toward completion of projects
  • Participate in community driven design process
  • Coordinate with clients and attend project meetings
  • Attend public hearings and workshops and possibly present, if requested
  • Market the company and participate in industry groups

Director of Marketing and Business Development

We are looking for a well-versed professional who is a strategic thinker, motivator and thoughtful communicator.  Candidates must be experienced in the A & E industry.  Candidate must be capable of managing a group of professionals in marketing efforts and proposal pursuits.  Computer proficiency is essential.  Responsibilities and qualifications include:

  • Role on leadership team to help implementation of strategic plan
  • Review and strategy development of RQFs, RFPs, SOQs and subsequent interviews
  • Enforcement and perpetuation of a brand and customer service experience across all departments
  • Promote a system of customer feedback and make recommendations based on feedback
  • Oversee social media presence and website
  • Alignment with company core values – passionate, smart, versatile, visualistic and collaborative
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership and management role

Senior Landscape Architect

We are looking for a pro-active and creative Landscape Architect with 8 to 10+ years of experience.  Candidates must have experience running day to day projects and managing team members.   Good design and graphic sense (hand and/or computer), AutoCAD knowledge and computer proficiency are essential.  Individuals will have a chance to participate in project management, design brainstorming, client contact, report preparation, public presentation, and construction document production.

Applicants must have a Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture or MLA from an accredited institution.

Landscape Designer

We have an opening for a pro-active and creative Landscape Architect with 2 to 10 years of experience. Candidate preferred to have previous landscape architecture firm or intern experience. Candidate must be comfortable working in a team format. Good design and graphic sense, AutoCAD expertise, Adobe Suite competency and computer proficiency are essential. Individuals will have a chance to participate in design brainstorming, report preparation, public presentation design, and construction document production.

Irrigation Drafter

We are looking for a thorough and efficient Irrigation Designer and Drafter. Previous professional firm experience is preferred. AutoCAD expertise and proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities include support to irrigation consultant and landscape architecture staff in construction documentation, cost estimation, detailing and water calculations. Role will include site visits and inspections.
